The route to your Boomerang account
This portal covers Boomerang as an independent information site – we have no access to player accounts and cannot restore, unblock or verify one. Everything account-related goes directly to the operator's own support team. What we can do is walk you through the sign-in process, cover the most common reasons it fails, and point you to the right door when something goes wrong.
Signing in – the steps to follow
The process itself is straightforward. Here is the sequence:
- Open the Boomerang platform in your browser and locate the sign-in button on the page.
- Enter the e-mail address you registered with and the password you chose at sign-up.
- Submit the form and wait for the platform to confirm access.
- If a verification step appears (for example, a code sent to your e-mail), complete it before the session opens.
If you do not have an account yet, registration is handled by the operator on its own platform – not here.
Getting in from a phone
Boomerang runs in a mobile browser without requiring a separate download. Open the operator's address in your phone's browser, use the same e-mail and password you use on desktop, and the account behaves identically. No separate mobile credentials are needed – the account is one, regardless of device.
If the page loads slowly, clearing the browser cache or switching networks (Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa) usually resolves it. Avoid using a saved link from a text message or a third-party e-mail; type the operator's address directly or use a bookmarked version you set yourself.
The handful of things that go wrong
Most failed sign-ins fall into a small set of causes. Work through these before contacting support:
- Wrong credentials – check that Caps Lock is off and that the e-mail address matches the one used at registration exactly, including any dots or plus signs.
- Unverified account – if you registered recently, Boomerang may require e-mail confirmation before allowing access. Check your inbox, including the spam folder, for the confirmation link.
- Browser session conflict – a stuck session from a previous visit occasionally prevents a clean sign-in. Sign out fully, clear cookies for the operator's domain, and try again.
- Account under review – the operator may temporarily restrict access during a KYC or compliance check. In this case, a message will usually appear on the sign-in screen; the fix is to respond to the operator's request.
- Regional restriction – Boomerang restricts access from certain countries. If you are travelling or using a VPN, this may trigger a block. The page gives no workaround for this; if you believe it is an error, contact the operator's support directly.
Getting back in after forgetting your password
Use the password-reset option on the operator's sign-in page. Boomerang will send a reset link to the e-mail address on the account. Follow that link, set a new password, and sign in with it.
If the e-mail address you registered with is no longer accessible, the reset link will not reach you. In that case, contact the operator's support team directly – provide your username and any other account details you have to hand, so they can help verify your identity and update the contact address.
Worth remembering: set a password that is unique to this account. Re-using a password from another service is the most common reason accounts are accessed by someone other than the account holder.
When the block is deliberate
Not every sign-in failure is a technical problem. Boomerang places access restrictions in a number of specific circumstances:
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Account inactive for 180 days | A monthly administration fee of €5 is charged until the balance reaches zero; access may be restricted. |
| KYC documents not submitted within 30 days of a request | The operator may suspend access until documents are provided. |
| Self-exclusion in force | Access is closed for the duration of the exclusion period. This is a protective measure, not a fault – see below. |
| Compliance or fraud review | The account is placed on hold while the operator conducts its checks. |
If you requested self-exclusion and are trying to sign in during that period, the block is intentional. Boomerang allows self-exclusion requests by contacting the support team. If you are struggling with gambling and need support right now, GamCare runs a free, confidential helpline on 0808 8020 133, available around the clock.
The right door for help
If none of the steps above resolve the problem, Boomerang's support team is the correct contact. This portal cannot access accounts, reset passwords or lift restrictions – those actions sit entirely with the operator.
Before you write to the operator's support, have the following ready:
- The e-mail address used at registration
- Roughly when the problem started
- The exact message shown on screen, if any
The operator offers live chat and e-mail support. The financial department works Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT; general support availability may differ, but the live chat channel is the fastest route for access issues.
Keeping your sign-in secure
A few habits that make a real difference:
- Only ever sign in via the operator's own address, typed directly into the browser or from a bookmark you created yourself – not via a link in an unsolicited e-mail or message.
- Use a password that is unique to this account and not shared with any other service.
- On a shared or public device, sign out fully when you are done and do not save the password in the browser.
- If you think your credentials have been compromised, change the password immediately and contact the operator's support to flag the concern.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment – it works best when it stays within time and money you have decided on in advance. If signing back in feels like something you are doing compulsively rather than by choice, that is a signal worth taking seriously. Boomerang offers self-exclusion on request via the operator's support team.
